Tim Kennedy är för allt arbete som USADA står för, Kennedy vill se en så ren sport som möjligt. Dock tror han att det finns många fighters som lyckas smita undan deras tester när de väljer att träna utomlands och liknande.

UFC-veteranen och den tolfte-rankade mellanviktaren berättar om ett besök från USADA som kan anses vara något bisarrt, en USADA-anställd var tvungen att hålla Kennedy sällskap, även i badrummet.
I think it’s kind of weird and intrusive, but I love USADA. I love that they can just come and do it any time. I think they gotta remember that they are coming into our home. I’m not sure people understand how intrusive it is.
Last time I got tested, like a week ago, this guy came into my house and I’d just came back from a workout. He was like, ‘We can’t take blood for an hour,’ and I was like, ‘Well, I just got done with a workout. Can I take a shower?’ He said he had to visually keep his eyes on me the whole time so I was like, ‘Well, I’m taking a shower,’ I walked into my bathroom, took my clothes off and he walked into the bathroom with me and watched me shower.
He was like, ‘Are you serious?’ So I said, ‘Shall I rinse again? Shall I use more soap? Are my balls clean?’ He 100 percent watched me. I’m not going to sit there dirty after practice.
Kennedy gick sin senaste match 2014 där han fick se sig besegrad av Yoel Romero via teknisk knockout i tredje ronden. En match med mycket dramatik och kontrovers. Kennedy lyckades knocka ned Romero i slutet av andra ronden men där Romero blev räddad av rondklockan, sedan satt Romero kvar på sin stol efter att rondvilan varit över men Romero fick chansen att fortsätta fightas, något Kennedy fick betala för.
Tim Kennedys nästa match kommer gå under en av UFCs största galor genom tiderna, nämligen UFC 205. Han möter den tidigare lätta-tungviktsmästaren, Rashad “Suga” Evans, den 12e november i New York.
